I've not forgotten but I haven't got all of the pages yet (for this and for the floral book) and don't want to assemble the book(s) without all of the pages  Embarrassed

Good to hear from you Marion  Smiley

Viv - no pressure babes but if you think you will get chance to do the pages for the books then I won't sew mine up. I'm just trying to get a bit straighter in my craft room. I am still quite happy to wait if you do think you can get them done at some stage.

Much love

Hi All,

I'm really sorry you've not heard from me lately or indeed not received my pages.

Not long after my last post DH fell ill with a virus (we found out that is what it was eventually). he had a really bad headache that had lasted for for 2 weeks, he rarely gets headaches. The pain killers the doc gave him weren't working and 1 night he asked to take him to hospital. When we got there the nurse gave him a much stronger painkiller which helped and took some blood. When the results came back they said he had deranged liver enzymes and kept him in.
He stayed there for 3 weeks having all tests under the sun and couldn't find anything but the fact he had a virus. His liver enzymes results were getting better so they said he could come home, but he is so weary even now although he is slowly improving. I took him away for a week to Kent and we both had a really good rest.
Mum was not too well when we went away, but as she had recently had her flue injection we thought it was her usual reaction to it. We left her in the good hands of our daughters and her carers and I phoned her on Friday to say I'd go to see her on Sunday but she died in her sleep early Sunday morning at home. We had her funeral yesterday and now have the unpleasant task of sorting everything out and I'm still numb and can't accept what has happened and Roland is still ill.

Lynne, and all, I really want to do the pages but it won't be for a while so if you want to get your books completed, please do.

I'm so sorry to hear about your mum, Viv. I'll be thinking about you and your family. Hope your husband gets better soon.

Absolutely no worries about the book page. It can wait as long as need. I'd still love to have your page but only when you are ready to get back to it.

Take care Viv.

Oh Viv, I've only just caught up on this thread and I'm so very sorry to hear about your mum.  I do hope your husband recovers quickly; you need all the support you can get at a time like this.

There's absolutely no pressure on the book - like the others I'm quite happy to wait until you're ready.

Dear Viv

It is true when you want some peace, crafting is a great way to relax. Just add a little soothing music and a nice cup of tea and what could be a better way to spend a cold winters day than cozyed up with craft stuff.

Thinking of you and sending you love

Billie xx
