I am organising a craft/gift fair at the Quality Hotel in Dudley on Sunday 18th April 2010 from 10am til 3:30PM (We will open at 9am for stallholders to set up, and stay open until 4PM for stallholders to pack up). This venue usually holds many wedding fairs, so they are used to holding these types of events.  We will be handing fliers out in the surrounding area on the day. We will also advertise the event in newspapers, posters and the internet.
